This home won a 2022 “Best of the Lake” award for new home design. It is full of natural light. At its center is a two-story great room with a cypress-beamed ceiling and a gas fireplace with a floating hearth.

Golf, lake & location
The house is on the Iredell County side of Lake Norman, in Mooresville. The lake’s best private clubs and public courses are a short drive away, and Uptown Charlotte and the airport are about 20 miles south. Select a place to see where it is from the house.
Life on Lake Norman
Lake Norman is the largest man-made lake in North Carolina, with more than 500 miles of shoreline. People come for boating, waterskiing, fishing and sunset cruises, and there are marinas and waterfront restaurants all around the lake.
Known as “Race City USA,” Mooresville is home to many NASCAR teams and race shops. It also has a walkable historic downtown and plenty of shopping and dining along the lake.
The home is in the Iredell-Statesville school district. Assigned schools are Woodland Heights Elementary, The Brawley School and Lake Norman High School. Please confirm enrollment directly with the district.
